1. Starting with the size, it’s very compact. That’s a pro. But the drawback of compact size is that its cooling effect is significantly lower than some of its peers. Because the size side panels also decreases.
2. Side panels are extremely difficult to open. There is no benefit of that difficulty. It’s not like opening the cooler is not needed. You have to clean it too from time to time. I think the company did it so you break the panels and buy new ones.
3. Quality of honeycomb is not good. After just one year of usage there is considerable damage. Maybe that’s the reason why water has also started spilling from the panels. This is common in Aspen cooling pads. It shouldn’t happen with honeycomb pads.
So overall there are better options in the same price range. Buy this if compact size is a necessity for you. Im using B*j*j cooler too. It’s better.

Its speed and cooling is fine. But Expected a better body from symphony, considering the price and brand. Wheels are not good, low quality. With some water loaded, it is not easy to push. Better buy a cooler with good castor wheels. The place from which you fill water is small, for one using the bucket to fill.

Worst cooler….My advise is to don’t buy this cooler. Water motor failed within 5 months from purchase date and service is very worst. Even after raising number of complaints no one is coming from service centre to resolve the issue. Worst service and worst cooler from symphony. Noise level is very high and cooling is very less. PLEASE DON’T BUY IT.

Not easy to clean due wrong design I believe, fan stop rotating, not long lasting in compared to other symphony product.

The cooler truly justifies its name, “Storm”. Really KOOL Cooler with stylish elegant look & Super Cooling. I am using it at a place where the temperature in summers are usually 42° C + during day & still in such a place, it completely cools down my entire room. Talking about night, temperature usually remains above 30° – 35° C & yet in that also, it compels to have a light comforter type cover whole night.
Noise level is OK as compared to other Desert coolers also.
Totally satisfied with the product.

Not up to the mark. Finishing is very poor and value of money is not good. The inlet blue cover is broken already.
