I am writing this review after using this last season. Its a good desert cooler and can cover a big area like Hall. It has honeycomb windows. Cooling is very good. Build and Make is good, also its shape, i liked it.
Height of fan area is more sufficient which can direct to your Sofa or Bed. I am happy with its air-flow. I am using it inner side, not needed to put out side of room, so it works for my drawing room but yes in humid season every cooler cannot work well.
Except of a few things overall its good.
I suggest to not move it frequently after filling it full watered as its tank is bigger and heavy, wheels might face some issue after a time. Fan regulator should be reverse as it starts with High to Low. They claim it is a iPure but as a mango people I cannot verify it 🙂

Water pump is not working correctly.honeycomp pads are dry partially.
Water pump flow is not throwing water drops to all pads correctly which causes poor cooling or no cool air at all.
After sale service is horrible. I ordered grey colour and received white colour.
Service centre tech not accepting fault. I used Havells cooler which is much better than this one.

The cooler is not value for money at 11790/- (the price I bought it for)
The build quality is cheap. You can clearly see the letters missing from the brand name stating the quality and the cheap glue used to hold it. The front louvers are as if drilled into the fan.
Gimmicky I-pure technology does absolutely nothing.
Honeycomb is wide but the quality is questionable.
Pump is small in size, durability is doubtful.
The knob to adjust fan speed is loose.
Not much difference between fan speed settings.
If outside temp is above 40° and you expect it to cool the room instantly, you’ll be disappointed, sitting in front of it will not make you sweat though.
Symphony symbol came off pretty quickly, the day it came and unwrapped.
The cooler is pretty noisy if you favour sound sleep, don’t buy.
Pros :
If the cooler is in proper cross ventilation, it’s enough to cool a 170 sqft room.
In cool breezy weather, this cooler does a pretty good job even on low fan speed.
75L will easily last whole night if that’s your concern.
No auto fill system though.
Wide Swing and air throw is great, one of the best features.
The wheel support system is sturdy but design flaw as some reviewers have claimed they broke their wheels.
Final verdict :
Go for it if you have a cross ventilation system.
Do not expect AC like cooling if above temp is above 40°
At night, it does a pretty good job as temp are lower and wind is breezy and not so hot.
The air throw and wide swing is something to consider if you do not live alone and need this for a big hall or bedroom.
The fans are plastic made and are of 5 blades.
It’d be better if they put a mesh or a net over the honeycomb filters like the Crompton Optimus.
Overall cooling is just a little better to a 7k cooler or a local build cooler on rent.

Update : If you are not satisfied with the product and if you wish to return it, well you can’t. Not by Amazon. You have to manually pack this thing and ship it to seller address and when they have received it, they’ll issue a refund. There have been cases when the seller has denied receiving the product and there was no refund and the product was shipped by customer. Shop accordingly and check for the “fulfilled by amazon” in product page to issue return by amazon and not by shipping yourself.

The cooler has very good cooling capability, solid design.
Only problem is loud noise, it would have been better if the fan speed could be reduced more.
