The blower stopped working after one month of usage only. I created a ticket via whatsapp number provided by Symphony. No action was taken by anybody for 2 weeks. Then, I called Symphony customer care. They told me to contact a local vendor named SA Enterprises, Bangalore for this purpose. SA Enterprises also just said will fix it tomorrow. I had to continuously follow-up with them. Then, their electrician came. He just moved some wires and made it working. The blower started working then.
But, after 1 week, again I faced the same issue (blower not working). I again generated a support ticket via WhatsApp. I even did a follow-up with SA Enterpises. Their electrician told me that my motor had issues. He just made it working the first time (WHAT THE HELL? WHY DID HE NOT TELL THAT BEFORE?). He then told that they have sent an email to Symphony about the motor replacement. They gave me somebody’s number from Symphony to talk to. I talked to that guy but he had no idea what I was talking about. He also did not take any action. Then, after some 2-3 weeks, Symphony chose to close my ticket (with no action being taken).
I had to create another ticket. After that also, I have followed up with SA Enterprises. Between Symphonyt and SA Enterprises, why should the customer suffer for a defective product? Amazon please help me. I am out of options. I bought this cooler approximately in July and have not been able to use.
So, tip to buyers – DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SYMPHONY. They just have pricy product with zero Customer Support. I am utterly disappointed. It had been better if I had bought a 2000-3000 rupees cooler from a local vendor.

When I purchase this product. Product is defective. Some parts are not working properly. I have a complain not after 1 month product is still not working.

Symphony touch 55 ltrs is a good buy product for any household looking for a brilliant cooling of large size rooms.
Saying so,I have observed certain cons too.
I have certain issues with the product received.
1. The Swing blade makes abrupt noise while swinging.
2. In one of the cooling pad the khus material was not properly binded.
3.The wheels provided for movement are not 360 degree rotation wheels it a unidirectional one.

Cons :
1.Cooling has to be much better,cooling pads have to be much dense.
2.The outer body quality has to improve,it seems to a plastic body and can get easily damaged.
3.Price is high with compared to other brands plus lacks many other features too.
That’s all I can update as of now as it’s been 1 day only.I have raised ticket to Symphony for resolution of issues identified.
