cooling is too good but product is totally plastic i mean that much not strong product. Most important fan is working very forcely that one is best. I brought grey colour so it looks nice.

Initially u may find price a bit higher but it’s worth buying … cooling is good and noise level is also okay and I have been using this product for almost 3 months now and I haven’t faced any problem. Also there is No remote control or timer function which I think is better bcz those things might lead to some technical problems like remote not working properly and so… Overall u can go for this product 👍🏻

Makes unbearable noise even at lowest speed (can’t watch TV and run this cooler simultaneously),has 5 fan blade instead of 3 available on previous models that don’t make much noise.Can be filled only with a pipe and not bucket.Consumes 185 watt at highest speed. Doesn’t come with honeycomb pad,so less cooling.

Design is good…but too noisey and air flow is not good…local cooler will give better air.
Some compromise seems on plastic louvers quality also…in compared to earlier same model.

We were told that a company guy will come for demo, but no one came, so we unpacked the cooler after a week.
Water leaks from three panels and leaves puddles of water on the floor.
The wood shavings packed on three sides have visible empty spaces.
One third of the panels do not even get moist after an hour of operation although I have used a spirit level to keep it straight.
Very noisy.
I have already bought and used Symphony Winter twice, but looks like the manufacturing has been outsourced by the company now to some incapable third party.
Who do we contact for replacement or repair.
We made a mistake in buying such a thing online. Only combs and brushes should be bought online.

It is a more noisy cooler…This cooler doesnot has remote controlling functionality and timer functionality…its a normal cooler…but its very noisy…it was mentioned 56litre,but i dont think its 56 litre,its less than what was mentioned,it is not suitable for 4 members family.go for more than 75 litres.Outer side current is passing Throughout the cooler.due to this i got shocked,iam going to file a case on this.cost is too high for this cooler. quality is not good and its cheap and 3rd grade product.i purchased this for 12370/-.i spent more money for this brand.its too costly,overall impression is very bad towards this model because of high noise levels….

Cooling quality is quite good. It will increase with good ventilation. Looking stylish in room. Little bit noicy.
