This is my second cooler from Symphony.
The cooler exceeds in every department. Works best for bigger rooms like 300 sqf or more. Air throw is awesome. Delivery was on next day.. awesome.

Hello sir, I received my amazon parcel yesterday at 1:20 pm whose packaging was very bad.
Box did not have proper secure packaging, neither the outside of the box was covered with plastic wrap, nor was there any foil inside the product.
The box was already open on its own. Tape was glued on top separately.
The Cooler has side gapping, front gapping and no finishing.
The dust filter net of the cooler is already loose.
All the stickers of the product are coming out automatically.

Portability, Service, Quality and smell awesome but cooling and performance average in day at night cooling is very good.

After using it for more then 10 days my experience is
1. You should only buy it for larger space otherwise it feels storm in small room
2. It makes more noise then Jumbo or sumo
3.Good capacity water tank
4. Cooling is good in start of April , let’s wait for May
5.Built quality is very good and strong , especially wheels.

lts price is high.but cooler is not like this.This is simple cooler like other. He is cooling pad and back cover is open sample screw.

It’ total painful shopping experience, cooler is not working.when I requested return/replacement they said I have to ship it to the mentioned address.
Even after delivery to the seller, they are not updating the status for refund.
No one is cooperative. Seller was forcing to keep the product and he will send someone to fix.
Fan was not working at all.
