The product is ok but was broken from inside, which i came to know yesterday when I opened it, as it was sounding–tin tin tin..
Fan Holding part was damage which result in damage of blade also.
the louvers was not fitted proper. Build quality is not upto the mark.
Will not recommend the product.
water pump stop working in an season only… overall poor product quality. also reaching to customer care is next to impossible. There customer care not is not in service. better to look for other brand…

Wheel is not being installed due to this it is static. Let me help out to do so then it will become 100% reliable product. Cooing is ok.

I received a defective piece from amazon, quality is very bad, its only 1 to 2 months getting spark from wires of cooler.
No response from service center from 1 year i am regularly trying to contact but no one is replying my email & call

Cooler is good. It throws cool air. Nice and compact in size. Easy to move with the wheels.
I would had given 5 stars but bcs of following things removing one star-
1.First time delivered cooler was damaged so got the other one on exchange.
2.It took total 10 days so if you are in hurry just think those timeline too.
Otherwise cooler is very good. Ideal for living room. I kept it at my hall and it cools the full hall.
