I purchased this purifier in 2023 and when I started it again in 2024 it starts smelling like a he’ll. It is under warranty so I called to customer care and one of technician assigned told me to change both carbon and Hepa filters. Both the filters costs Rs 5000. Means you have to change the filter every year and spent this much of amount. It is recommended that other options are available in the market which supplies filters for 5 to 7 years free of cost. It is better to buy those.
