Shiva –
I’ve been an early adopter of Atomberg products, purchasing my first BLDC fan back in 2017. Since then, I’ve recommended Atomberg fans to friends and family, resulting in over 10 purchases.
I purchased the Ikano fan in February 2023 and since then it has been replaced twice due to cracks on its motor body, and despite being replaced with a different model (Ameza) the last time, the issue has persisted. My last complaint was made six months ago, but a senior service member ghosted me. I’ve filed another complaint recently, but the ongoing safety concerns worry me, especially as the fan is installed in my senior citizen mother’s room.
The fan has developed cracks again, and now it’s malfunctioning, turning on and off automatically and making noises. I’m concerned about the safety risks, as there’s a real fear that it could fall.
Multiple people from the Atomberg team have admitted to me that the deisgn the of the Ikano and Ameza is flawed, leading to these cracks and defects.
Atomberg has come a long way as a company and it seems like they are now dedicated to cutting costs by using cheap materials at the expense of customer experience and safety.
I refuse to believe the 4.1 star rating on this product page, as all the recent reviewers are still facing the same issue.

It takes at least 2 seconds to rotate when turn on via regular switch after LED light blinking.
Wind distribution is also not that effective, we can only experience only on speed 4,5 and boost mode.

The fan throws breeze to almost all corners of my room which is around 200 sq ft. At full speed.

Very less operating noise and light weight but it’s lower body material is made of fiber which is a concern at it breaks,Crack after use of 2 year.

Good quality product and give good performance. Airflow is very effective and energy efficient fan. Brilliant remote control working and looking good. Led light options make it more better. Overall great experience of 1 yr use
