I have ordered 8 to 10 pieces of this fan in 3 lots. Every time, either one piece is missing or the transit is delayed. It happened every single time.
Quality is good but the people in between are not. There is pilferage every time.

The Amazon did a great job in delivering the product on time. Now I would like to shade some light on after sales service to be given by the company.
My fan is under warranty and not working properly from the past 2-3 weeks so I registered a complaint with the customer care and they said person will visit for service and the service person came for the same but they asked me the warranty card which I could not found at that time and the service person said he will not wait for me to find the card so the service person said I will visit tomorrow kindly find the card or the service will be chargeable to which I said ok and the person left, after 2-3 hours I received the message that the service request has been closed without giving me the service or visiting the house again I mean I said the person give me 5min so that I can search for the warranty card if I got it then it’s fine otherwise I will pay the charges for the services but the service person said he will surely visit tomorrow. now I am done with the company and this could help other to choose wisely as which company to choose.
