Open damaged box and scratched product, like somebody opened and attempted to assemble. Rubber bushes beneath were torned off. Fan is working . watch the video seal is there (which anyone can attach, but total box is damaged and opened 👆

On switching on the fan for the first time, noise ensued from the stem & motor. Switched it off & contacted Atomberg customer care. Technician arrived the next day. Initial inspection did not yield any results. After dismantling he found the internal cables to be loose. He inserted some packing material. It did not reduce the noise. He dismantled again. This time he found that the screws holding the circuit board together & the wires were loose. Parts of the circuit board were shaking within. After tightening them the reduced noise slightly for a few minutes. Generated more noise while oscillating, indicating there were more loose/defective parts. The QC was so mediocre, it behaved like a homemade product. The remote was also badly put together & clearly looked like it would stop functioning within a short time. The remote had to held close to the fan & pointed straight at the sensor, even the slightest deviation from the line of sight would make the remote non-functional. He finally instructed to replace the whole unit, as according to him, more issues could show up over time. The technician had informed that this induction motor fan is a new product from Atomberg. Called Amazon customer care in the presence of the Atomberg Technician and provided details of the state of the product. They processed refund. Repacking was not an easy task. It was intended for the meeting room of the residential association, a section of which required a high speed fan. Soceity members decided that if repaired & left around in the compound, given the shoddy wiring & construction, it could sooner or later cause an electric shock if someone switches it on. Such 3rd rate hazardous prototypes have no place in our soceity, especially where there are many children.
Conclusion: Atomberg has put together a non-BLDC product, the quality of which more deplorable than a homemade science project. Atomberg didn’t stop there. It has now displayed the audacity of using paying customers as testers of their hazardous prototypes. The product experience was a disappointing waste of time and effort, that has wiped out our confidence in Atomberg’s workmanship & reliability.

Quality and noise level is good. Extremely stable and easy to assemble. But slightly costly.

It stopped working within 2 months of ordering and they won’t replace or refund the amount. WASTE OF MONEY! Absolutely horrible company and trash product!
