The first fan was defective. Two knobs were broken and blade did not at all fit. A product presumably returned by somebody else. Replacement came 11 days later. Replaced fan was much better. Had some teething problems but ok after a couple of hours. Product good for value, but a little flimsy. Product is working well.

Stay away from this fan. Firstly if you order this color from Amazon at discounted price they will send you the black color intentionally as this color price is bit expensive and about the quality, the exterior is good but the motor winding on the motor is not good, it burned down in 3 months. Now I have claimed the warranty, still after 10 days waiting for the replacement motor, also the Crompton guys now have cancelled my service request. Not sure what’s with Cromptons quality and after sales service.
Was thinking of buying their hyperjet BLDC fans but after the experience I am contemplating.
