I have got 13 wave fin and the product was really good, you can trust on this brand product, the heating of the product was mind blowing, you can just be in a normal tshirt in winter also it will not feel you cold…. within 30 minutes it makes my room warm… very good product you can definitely buy thi product

The media could not be loaded.
It doesn’t heat up the room if you not start blower. After running for around 1.5-2 hours, room temperature would be 2-3 degrees lesser than outside but not totally warm And as soon as you stop it, room temperature gets chilled. Ot require full night run. It also take 2 units of electricity on medium power for every 75 mins of usage. Further no auto cut as mentioned thermostats will get.

The Oil Heater is of a completely different functionality.
If you want to get instant heating then this is surely not one for you!
Similarly if you want to sit and warm your hands and feet then again this is not one for you!
These are slow heaters. It will gradually increase the temperature of the room and will never make it hot. It will maintain room at a comfortable temperature to make the winters more bearable.
This will take good time to heat up a room. But once the temp is elevated it maintains the same unless and until there is continuous flow of cold air in the room!
This heater is working fine as of now. The heating is perfect to warm a 20*8 i.e. 160 sq feet room. The good part is even after you switch it off it helps retain temperature for almost 45-50 mins because of the oil based heating.
The bigger benefit is that it doesn’t blow up all the moisture for the room and maintains the moisture balance.
Overall a nice oil based heater which helps retains the moisture and make winters better.

Product is good and working as described. But the packing and delivery was too bad. I was afraid product might got damaged but it’s working fine. Box is totally damaged and no bottom to it. Addon box is soaked in rain. Lucky there was another box inside which was good in shape but soaked in rain

Let me say you have now been warned! Havells is an embarrasment and Amazon India is not far behind. Shame on you both.
I purchased this expensive heater thinking I would get a new product that actually worked. It’s not cheap. Yet instead what arrived was a heater that did not work properly including no working on/ off light and had lots of visible scratches…in addition to dust all over. I have no idea why they would waste everyone’s time sending something so poor. Whatever.
The day after the package finally arrived I noticed all this and jumped through all the hoops to return this. I had to wait days for the return to be picked up. The person or agent never showed up to take it, no human contacted me to let me know why…I called Amazon customer service to find out what even happened (as there was zero communinication whatsoever) and no one has any clue or can tell me anything. They need days for an “investigation” and still after the said “investigation” time no one knows anything whatsoever. I ask if they can simply call or email me when they know. Of course not! It’s my problem, as hilarious as that is. Zero effort to actually care and come through with the promised return and give me my money back. I have no idea if and when it will actually ever happen.
Do not waste your money buying anything expensive with Havells. They will send you junk and Amazon will refuse to actually refund you despite tons of empty talk. I am completely disappointed.
