There was a hole in the body. As if someone had pushed a nail in it! Also, the fan was not working. Have asked for a replacement.
Update after some days: My replacement has arrived. It is working fine.

The 3 pin and cable of the unit is unable to take the load of Blower. Within one month it got burnt. Not reliable.

Only positive point it has is – not having much noise like other local blowers.
It can’t throw air too far like other local hot air blowers – which creates other problem making front grill (made of plastic) too hot that it can damage anything it touches, at times it feels the front covering plastic would melt now. ( so you can’t touch your feets with blowers, it would burn either your socks or feet).
The switch for low to high is actually on/off switch – it doesn’t increase speed of air -remains same always no matter if you keep pointer towards low or high.
One of the switch stopped working after using only a month.
Last thing, if you’re purchasing this for the purpose of room warming- plz don’t buy.

The quality of the heater is very good and heats up the room even in medium setting. I have purchased it for my parents use. They are very much satisfied with the product and it’s very easy to operate as well.

TIP: Plug it in a 16A switch only
Keep a bowl with water in the room with heater on. This keeps the air humid and does not cause coughing. Heating is good. Light weight. Durable. Must buy. Using since 4 years now. Working just fine! Little burning smell in the beginning is absolutely normal. It goes away.
