The only drawback is it’s low quality fitted knobs which needs to be improved.

I’ve bought three of these over a period of time. The quality of the product is good and hence, I return to this company’s heater again and again.
This time, however, the wheels on which the heater is mounted is very hard to fix. The screws with which the wheels have to be fitted don’t get into the spot made for them easily. The screws can’t be tightened fully. Small issue but it makes the product unstable and vulnerable to fall.

Within 15 days of purchase only, fan stopped working. They replaced it but again in one week it stopped working – looks like they are replacing with old used part and not a quality product – horrible experience. 4 times I got the service done in the time frame of 1 month…. But all in vain. I want a replacement else next year the same problem will be there and then I have shell out from my pocket for its servicing. Please don’t buy this product…. It is just a waste of money if you have to get it repaired so many times

I ordered it in blue and received it twice now in black. First time I returned, only to receive another black one. Other than that it seems ok.

I acquired your company’s room heater (Havells Hestio) through the Amazon website on November 28, 2023. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the control panel in December 2023. Seeking resolution, I reached out to your customer care on January 3, 2024, and logged a complaint (Service Req. No. 03012426895199). Despite multiple follow-ups, it was only today, on January 10, 2024, that your technician arrived and repaired the unit.
Regrettably, after utilizing the room heater for just an hour post-repair, it malfunctioned once again. I promptly contacted your technician to report the recurrence of the issue. It appears that there might be a significant technical flaw in this unit. Therefore, I kindly request an immediate replacement; otherwise, I insist on a refund for the payment made. I purchased the heater specifically for winter use, but its performance has caused considerable inconvenience.
