I was using Bajaj RHX-2 heater since 2 year. This year I ordered it’s new variant RHX-2 new Black from Amazon on 29/12/2023, however within 1 month one of the heating element got fused, registered the complaint, after 3 days third party technician came and replaced it. Within 2 days, again the same halogen got fused. Again registered a complaint, however meanwhile using the heater with 1 halogen. One morning, suddenly the other halogen caught fire during use and within 10 seconds the body has melted down. Luckily the heater was connected through Havells extension cord due to which the board got tripped automatically, otherwise It could be a big fire.
Highlighted this issue with pics through email to customer care however one week has elapsed there is no replacement not any representative has contacted me.
Please don’t buy this product as it has some manufacturing fault and not a safe product.

I bought this for my family, I received the product.

My first impression was the product is white and very light weight. I carefully unboxed the item and plugged it. I was a bit surprised when I plugged it in. Because there are two heat rods that are meant to get hot and radiate heat, but only 1 was working. I tried all the possible combinations of the two switches that were on the item(as you can see in the video).

I was a bit sad and issued a replacement. I got the money back within 4 hours of the item return(courtesy of AMAZON).

The product is very good, with missing 1 of the 2 heat rods it was radiating goot ammount of heat. 2 heat rods would be a very perfect for me. This type of incident OFFTEN happens with product, they are not intentional. As you can see I got my return fairly quickly.

So if you ask me to buy a fully working version of this, I will definately say YES.
