The item I recieved was defective, only one rod was functioning. It was delivered today and from the moment I plugged it, it hasn’t worked. Please increase the base size, sack you design team as they have not considered the stability of this product.

I received a defective product with one of the rods not functioning.I have raised a complaint. It has been almost a week and till now it has not been repaired albeit the representative came and checked the product.Overall it’s a good product.

When it’s rotate it has noise. I shouldn’t be there. Plastic material should have better quality.

After using several types of Room Heater I have chosen it only because it consumes less electricity. It has two heating modes for 500 watts and 1000 watts and the best part is that it fits into normal 6A sockets. This Walthero heats up quickly and rotates that can be stopped at convenience. Moreover it comes with tipping switch, fitted at the bottom, which disconnects the heater if it accidentally falls. Thank you Havells for designing such beautiful heater and also thank you Amazon for quickly delivering it.
