Within 3 months of purchase, heater started making burst noise and indicator stopped working. Few days later it completely stopped working and customer care people do not register complaint on immersion heater. They just take feedback. 2 years on site warranty all over India is only for name sake. They just have only 1 service centre in Goa and the personnel whose contact details is shared by customer care team, do not answer the call.
