I have been using this for a year now. It heats fast but not enough for shower . I took 5 ltr capacity still not fast enough . Copper pipes get rusted with dust inside which requires replacement and a guy who comes from service takes additional cost even when it is in warranty

Looks good. Works well. Easy to install. Ensure you have 2.5 Sq mm multicore branded dedicated wiring to the power plug in the bathroom as water heater requires 3000 W power. As usual Amazon is the best as compared to Flipkart.

After Installation observed a Red Pin & Sprint lying i asked the person what it was he said it was a Tripping Button i dont need it however after few hours he left he called me again that it needs to be fixed so another guy next day and to fix it they had opened the whole box something i felt uncomfortable for a New Geyser Installation, either there was no proper product update or communication gap.

Bought Rapid Jet Instant Geyser (3L) towards the end of 2022. Worked till the end of June,2024.
Lately it started making noises & One fine morning electricity started passing through the hot water because of cheap & faulty internal components.
So I booked for a service through their website. Got a message with a technician’s number almost instantly from Crompton with a scheduled time & Nobody showed up. Tired calling the number many times. Nothing happened.
So after several failed attempts & countless hours lost. I checked Crompton website again and to my surprise then service status showed “repaired” and ticket closed.
So again I booked for a new service. Same thing repeat. After scheduled date of repair they’ll close your ticket saying the service has been completed successfully.
I tried to escalate the matter. Again turned out to be futile.
Their call centre (toll free no.) experience is as if you have gone into a loop inside IVR.
WORST PRODUCT &
WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE (VS Electricals, Bengaluru-Urban).
I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
