I have been using this for a year now. It heats fast but not enough for shower . I took 5 ltr capacity still not fast enough . Copper pipes get rusted with dust inside which requires replacement and a guy who comes from service takes additional cost even when it is in warranty

Looks good. Works well. Easy to install. Ensure you have 2.5 Sq mm multicore branded dedicated wiring to the power plug in the bathroom as water heater requires 3000 W power. As usual Amazon is the best as compared to Flipkart.

Apart from installation the product is superb but then don’t like the ethics and professionalism of Urban company. They didn’t install the product and the way of responding was below par, they lied also which is annoying

After Installation observed a Red Pin & Sprint lying i asked the person what it was he said it was a Tripping Button i dont need it however after few hours he left he called me again that it needs to be fixed so another guy next day and to fix it they had opened the whole box something i felt uncomfortable for a New Geyser Installation, either there was no proper product update or communication gap.

Brought this product on 31/01/2024. Till date there was leakage problem with water tank 4 times in 8 months. Inspite of changing the tank, same problem continues. Probably service center is replacing with old low quality water tank every time. Response time is almost 1 month to complete the service request.
