Good Component . But thickness is very low and hence very flexible. Thickness can be increased for better solid fitting with the both end pipes. –
Hi. I had 2 of these products earlier for other bathrooms. They worked well. I bought 2 for other bathrooms. One was dead on arrival. Upon installation, the product didnt work. We had to pay extra to get it uninstalled to get a replacement from Amazon. Amazon did the replacement.
The other product worked initially, but failed within a week. The first one had thermostat problem. The second one had coil problem.
I thought these Geysers are sturdy products – work for a decade or so. The delicate dispensation of this brand has been annoying in terms of coordination for installation, reinstallation, replacement, service etc.
Good Component . But thickness is very low and hence very flexible. Thickness can be increased for better solid fitting with the both end pipes. –
Very good compact size for suitable fitting above the false ceiling.
In product specification properly all dimensions were mentioned w.r.t. picture ,hence it was very helpful to buy the product for our space reference measurement suitability.
Very good time of installation service post delivery. ( Within 24 hrs generally).
Only thing we have to observe product quality and life with ongoing time period.

Product is very good. No complaints so far. Cutting one start because of the service by their installation vendor. Installation took 5 days post delivery and then also the technician was not good. He started with it cannot fit without even opening the box. Then after insisting, he measured and installed. But the installation was not good.
