I am really disappointed with Crompton’s poor customer service. They don’t provide free installation, and it feels like they expect customers to beg for any service. I purchased a geyser for ₹7,999, but since they don’t offer installation, how am I supposed to check if the product is in working condition? This is not what I expected from a brand like Crompton. Right now, the geyser is just a box to me.
