The box was too big man
It contained mounting tools and flexible pipes
Everything works fine but I cannot connet to app
The app says you need to connect 2.5 GHz wifi.
I have jio airfiber which has dual band Wi-Fi but how can I connect only to 2.5 GHz
So you cannot add the geyser to app
This is the huge problem

The geyser exhibits aesthetic appeal, albeit lacking functional capabilities. I have received a model dated December 2023 that is incompatible with the Havells Sync application. Despite numerous attempts to establish a wireless connection with the geyser and enable mobile operation, the geyser continues to encounter firmware update issues. Additionally, the application itself encounters difficulties with my Wi-Fi network name, which is restricted to 15 characters in length.
Amazon should refrain from selling defective products on its platform, as it significantly wastes the time of its customers. I have returned my Geyser during the return window, which I never intended to do. I also attempted to reach out to customer care, but I have not received any support.

The geiser is good. No issues at all and does its thing. Heating is fine.
