This havells Water heater itself a brand and fulfil its job perfectly. I am happy by using this but installation was not good at all. Technician was unprofession and he said that he saw this type of geyser first time in his life n at that moment i thought bro will you able to install or not. At last he didn’t listen to me and follow his procedure unprofessionaly. I personaly lifted this geyser to him. All over not happy by technician but product is good

While I’m giving a 5 Star rating for the product for its features such as, temperature control, value for money, and energy efficiency, the installation engineer was good but satisfactory. Sometimes it’s essential for a technician to be a good communicator as well as be able to be a quick problem solver and a solutions expert, and be neat and organized in their process! Looking nervous and shy, and struggling to organize themselves does not convey a good first impression!

I have purchased this good looking Horizontal Geyser last month which looks like an AC , as I had less space for vertical design Geyser, till now no issue oberved it’s quick in heating u can set temp aa per you need by remote or touch button, also it’s safe and waterproof. The only drawback is as suggested by installing tech that during service it need to uninstall completely and then again install whole Geyser. That may create issues but that is when if some problem arrives.

Product is very good, give good water heating, good product. I like too much.
But only one policy they should change that they should give good quality of thing for installing, because the people who come for installing they put their own things and charges 450 to 500 extra
