Ramesh –
The geaser had a leakage in the tank with in 2 months of installation.
Called customer care the engineer told it needs to be replaced .
I have to pay 1000 for the replacement even though the product is only 2 months old
I called customer care again but their customer care is pethetic.
They close the ticket stating that the local agent will call you to replace the tabk.
I asked the person on the call why are you closing the ticket . He said this is the process and was so rude that inhad to ask him to stop raising his voice.
After 4 weeks the tank was replaced and they charged me 1000 rs .
I will not recommend to buy this purely because of after sales support.
Do not wate your time and money .
