I always use USHA Geysers, Quality is always excellent and Service is no doubt always good, Amazon was charging for Installation so I just called directly to USHA customer care and free of cost they have installed the product.

Everything is good with this product the accessories and the installation services also very good in few time service expert came to home and instal it

Product is good(can be improve quality in terms of price point)…in and out pipes are included in box which should be appreciated because I don’t find with other brands. But it is better to install with personal technician or personal attention is required because of poor work done

I purchased two geysers at the same time of same brand. One 10 ltrs and another 15 ltrs. These come with pipes, drain pipe as well for independent houses. Screws etc. Pipe length is around 15 inches hence, you might have to go for longer one of the geyser is not placed at the right place.
Functions properly. Heating take max 15 mins to complete one cycle and cut off works properly.
Elegant looking design and size is not huge. The only downside is, its made in China which I got to know after installation, you never expect old Indian brand to outsource manufacturing when they actually have 8 units in India. Rest everything is perfect.
