There’s many things you can do with this like baking, braising, searing, deep frying. It retains heat extremely well. Also came with 6 pot protectors but some were broken. It’s great for cooking batches for 1 or 2 people and can fit many things (like several chicken thighs or 4 lbs of pork shoulder). Only thing is it’s difficult to clean and eggs are almost impossible to get off of it, scrambled or fried. For that you’re better off using a cast iron skillet.

Es una olla excelente, me encanta como cocina los alimentos, es fácil de limpiar y nada se le pega, yo pongo un poco de aceite con una brocha de silicon y la pongo a calentar a fuego medio, una vez alcanzada la temperatura deseada agrego lo que voy a cocinar y no se pega para nada, me gustó mucho, ya pedí otra porque realmente me gustó.

Made a great tasting pot roast in it last night, I like being able to brown the roast directly in the pot, after 4.5 hours it was done. It is surprisingly easy to clean by hand and looks good.

Works very well, cleans up easy. Great Dutch oven.
