Love this Dutch oven.

Not having owned a high end dutch oven, I may not know what I am missing out on. But I have been able to shove a small chicken in here with root vegetables, slow cook marrow bones, make some really nice soups just leaving this in the oven on low heat. Have been able to braise meats to my expectations. No issues with finish, though these are early days, I am happy with the color. The one and only downside is that the handles are ever so small for my meat mitts. I occasionally get a knuckle sorta stuck in there, but again, big hands. Handles will be fine for 99% of folks, and just a minor inconvenience for the rest of us. I am happy with this product.

Attractive Dutch oven. Has the quality of much more expensive Dutch ovens. Works great. More uses than you could imagine. Arrived in just 2 days.

I don’t know how it happens, but everything I cook in this enameled cast iron Dutch oven comes out twice as delicious as ever before! I’ve used it on the stove top and in the oven (sometimes both in the same recipe) and it never disappoints. It retains heat well and cooks evenly. With the lid on, food stays nice and moist.
And can I just say how pretty this pot is? I bought the “gradated cobalt,” and it is a gorgeous and vivid color.
I’ve had no trouble cleaning it out, even with the stickiest and gunkiest foods. Usually just letting soak a while does the trick, but at most I’ve had to scrub a bit with some salt to get it sparkling clean.
I love this pot! Now if only they can figure out a way to make cast iron cookware weigh less than a small car! (Just kidding.) (sort of.)

PERFECT…. just the right size, weight and color. It conducts the heat very evenly and cleans easily. Just loving it !
