Perfectly non-sticky. Even with little oil, one can cook the appam pretty well. The lid really helps in locking the steam within and allows even cooking of the appam.

Cons:
Tiny in size, not useful for more than 3 membered family
Side handle could be made of plastic, so that it will be easy to hold with bare hand.

The quality of the product is not even 100 rs. The patra of the product is carsigenic cause of coating.hatdly 50 grm.. I don’t want to invite cancer in my house

I sellected a smaller pan with less number of cavities ,because I had serious apprehension about uniform heat distribution.To get an idea about heat flow, I placed the pan on a low flame and poured water in all the cavities.After some time,to my pleasant surprise,I noticed that water started bubbling in all the cavities at the same time indicating that the cavities in the outer ring gets the same amount of heat compared to the centre cavity.After satisfying myself, I poured batter and the paddus cameout beautifully.Thank you Amazon.
