Firstly there are many range of choices with Steel Kadhai. Finally chose Bergner over others but doesn’t mean that others were bad. Meyer, Vinod, etc are good alternatives as well. In this review I mainly want to convey that by upgrading to steel cookware from aluminium and other non stick, you feel the difference while eating your food. While I cannot prove you which one is better, food cooked in steel cookware felt better, tasted better, was cooked properly and looked more natural.
Some things to keep in mind while purchasing this product: There are many ranges of kadhai in bergner. When I purchased the first time, I got a bergner kadhai of cheaper cost but in a box of the kadhai which I booked(higher cost). So look very carefully for the details. The original box doesn’t mean you get the same product. Make sure everything is as the picture in the description and Amazon reviews. Take a video of the unboxing and multiple pictures. Look fir the handles and the bottom of the kadhai. You can find the difference there. Amazon got my product replaced without any issues.
