Remember, after washing and drying your new pan, season it before you use it for the first time – this makes all the difference. Instructions on how to do this is on the packaging. Highly recommended 🤗

granite base is good. handle is not a good heat resistant. color stains from turmeric powder on the handle are not going even after multiple times washing and cleaning.

The balance is slightly off , the handle seem to be heavier and one has to keep adjusting on the gas top from shaking.
It is a very good product , so far I have just used it for a few days. It is non stick and takes very little oil.
