I fell in love with Carote after I bought this one. I know I am pretty late to add this review , but I realized how good this was when I lost it. I was using this for quite sometime. The pan is non stick as they say. You really dont need oil. But, even though pan is not breakable , if u drop ot from real height, its handle can still break. ( I say it from my exp ) It break my heart when I broke the handle. The pan was still good as always, but then I cannot use it without handle right. So just be careful not to drop it with great force.
