Dhathri –
Heavy and sturdy. Value for money. Need less oil and gas as the iron retains heat well.
Tip: Add a little water(with little oil) to the vegetables for stir frying so that it doesn’t stick/burn to the bottom. The water will get evaporated by the time vegetables are cooked.
Cons: Food get a different taste. Some might not like it.
