Everybody needs an egg pan. Well, I guess everybody that eats eggs needs an egg pan. But I eat eggs so I need one and my current one has not lasted very long.
There is a caveat here: I have not had this for months and months so I can’t tell you how long lasting it will be, but I can tell you initial build quality is fantastic and the nonstick seems to be extremely high-quality.
The handle is extremely comfortable and shaped well and, while it is riveted through the pan which makes it a little harder to clean up, that does provide more security than those that have the rivets in between the layers to provide an uninterrupted cooking surface.
Fit and finish is excellent, with an even and complete application of the non-stick material, and the outside of the pan looks beautiful, even on the bottom.
In use, it has been simply fantastic. I have cooked eggs (fried and omelettes), and both vegetarian burgers and hotdogs in it and nothing has remotely stuck, even when using minimal amounts of oil or butter. Clean up has been exceptionally easy.
Like I said, I can’t predict the future. But I do intend on taking proper care of this and I have high hopes that it will last well into the future. Initial quality is just that good (so good, in fact, that I’ve ordered more of their cookware).
Highly recommended. I’ll update if issues crop up, but for now it’s a definite 5-star product.

I really like these pans. I received a set that did not include this one and what is a set of pans without the 8″ skillet to fry up eggs in. I will be ordering other pans that I don’t have I just love these so much.
