This product seems to purpose built for making omelettes. We use it expressly for doing egg stuff like that; and sometimes when we need a large amount of tadka/foron for the dal/sabji we’d be making. The induction bottom is super useful since we almost stopped using gas for a long time now. The pan is thick and heats fast, and hold the heat too (so be careful after cooking). The handle is attached very strongly and doesn’t look like it’d be moving in a hurry (the most common concern with frying pans!). And yeah, it’s actually non-stick. Not many hard-anodised utensils are. Cheap, durable, effective. Good work, Prestige!

The bottom (flat area) of the pan measures only15cm in diameter, while the outer is almost 20 cm. Too small. I thought pans
were measured from the lower area and not the flared up part. Quality is excellent no doubt, but too tiny a pan.

Another quality product from the house of Prestige. The design of the frying pan is very practical, easy to hold. The gauge is quite thick so that the food doesn’t get burnt easily. Cleaning it also easy. Overall a very good product.

Non stick coating doesnt work. Omelettes gets stuck, cutlets get stuck. Buying a second plan to try the second time.
Let’s see if there’s any improvement.
