The ceramic coating in the centre portion of the frying pan is very smooth unlike the outer part and, moreover, it is curved outwards.
As a result, the oil used for frying doesn’t stay in the centre portion and the food sticks to the surface even at medium temperature and starts to burn.
Burn stain mark remains even after washing with liquid soap and plastic scrubber.
Very disappointed with the product.

This is not a non stick pan. We tried making egg poch and it is sticking to the pan like any other normal pan.
