Food slides off, even flour dosa mixed with water. Easy to clean and does not require oil.

The handle of the glass lid started cracking after 6 months. When I visited the service centre, they said the 2-year warranty is for non-stick coating; the rest handle, glass lid, and glass lid handle never come under warranty. What is the point of warranty when the whole item is not covered. Whereas in the user manual, the opposite is written.
