Unlike steel food is not getting sticked everytime. It’s not a replacement of your non stick pan .. but it works like a non-stick if good amount of lubricants (ghee,oil,butter) is used. Handle is very long made of steel, hence not getting hot. Easily used for making eggs recepies, halwa, sabzi, pasta, bread sandwich etc. Food cooks faster n most important it’s really very easy to clean unlike non-sticks where oil residues are left on corners.

I bought this pan thinking that it is triple ply and would not stick things in the bottom. It is getting black and sticking too much.

Used it only once to fry fish. Did not leave it unattended . The fish was fine but pan was all burnt up and it took a lot of elbow grease to get it to look like the photo. It looks 10 years old in a day.

It is air sandwiched bottom and hence the food cooks evenly and doesn’t burn at all. The pan is not big and good for a family of 2-3 members. The handle doesn’t get hot while cooking and is secured very well with the pan. It is a real heavy pan. Though not very deep. I have bought heavy bottomed utensils and normally they stick an extra plate at the bottom which eventually comes off with time or starts stripping slowly. But this one is a single piece and yet doesn’t burn the food.
Am very happy with the product and have now bought another similar big sized pan
