I made veg cheese appam in these and it turned out super crunchy outside and super soft inside. None of the appe got stuck to the pan and Morover, the iron gives a chulla flavour to the food. Iron appe pam at this price point is no doubt a grab on deal for sure.

I was afraid of ordering this as many say iron gets rusted but this will not get rusted, if maintainer properly as per company user manual steps and guide. Store it in cool dry place only after the pan is not wet and seasoned well. If you keep it dry and seasoned this will with oil, it will not get rusted.
