The best ever. Have been longing to buy this grilled cast iron skillet from lodge. And never been happier. Excellent product. The silicone handle doesn’t come along with this grill skillet , I purchased separately on Amazon.
And also the panini press or grill press from lodge is purchase separately!! If one has a grill skillet , the lodge grill press is a must. Damn helpful.

Please remember to season on stove top. (Rub a thin layer of oil on it and set on high heat until it smokes). Then after it cools put another thing layer of oil to protect from rust.

J’ai reçu la sauteuse, (grill) aujourd’hui et aussitôt utilisée. C’est vraiment un produit d’excellent qualité. Elle était accompagnée d’une notice en anglais facilement compréhensible . Pour la première utilisation j’en suis pleinement satisfait.
Il suffit après usage de suivre le mode d’emploi : lavage, rinçage, séchage et petit film d’huile.
C’est de la fonte d’acier. C’est lourd mais parfaitement utilisable et la viande après cuisson à un goût divin. C’est du made in USA (Kentucky) et comme souvent avec les produits américains le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

It’s heavy.. really heavy for its size. The first time I lifted it, i felt it’s made of lead. I sometimes get scared while carrying it, incase it drop it on my foot 😅
The size is good and infers very nice grill marks on the meat. The pan holds heat quite well.
It comes preseasoned, but it’s best to season with a high smoke point oil.

Great grill pan – It was well seasoned when it arrived and has been used many times since. Once you get the pan to the right temperature grilling meats and vegetables and even the occasional fruit is a breeze. If you look after it well it will last many lifetimes!

Very heavy but very useful. First one was broken and got an easy replacement. It works like non stick and very premium quality. Must buy only this one instead of non stick or other brands. Lodge cast iron products are very less maintenance

The pan is well made and very sturdy. Cuts of meat & steaks are done well and browned to your satisfaction. I have given four because if it is not dried and oiled, it does get the red rust. We have to temper it further religiously to mantain it.

Soy fan de los utensilios de hierro forjado y este es de los mejores que he comprado. viene pre sazonado, que significa que no hay que pasar por procedimientos tediosos para sazonarlo.
Como todos los utensilios de hierro forjado es muy pesado y los detalles de su agarradera tiene algunos filos que no fueron eliminados, pero en general es de excelente calidad. Me gusto mucho.
