For a cast iron pan, this is preemptively useless. Rust forms after every single use. And I’m patting this dry, not even keeping it in the sun.
Heats unevenly.
I’ve been cooking on cast iron pans for a decade now, and this is absolutely useless compared to other pans I’ve used.
Certainly not worth the price. You’d be better off buying something from a known brand rather than this piece of garbage.
I have literally sold this off for scrap metal price to the kabadi waala.

It grills nicely, but cleaning the pan is a big task.

It is heavy cast iron..but not non sticky.. chicken or fish will stick to it even using oils profusely.. very difficult to clean.. only advantage is it is superb for toasting bread for sandwiches..
