We took care of pan as per given instructions in the manual.
We seasoned the pan before use. Then we used low flame and wooden spatula to grill paneer on the pan. Then we cleaned the pan after it cooled down, and used sponge to clean it. Then we dried it with a cloth too. Still after the first use itself, pan rusted.
