Quality is Good as expected from Hawkins. But if you are anyway need it for frying in moderate to high heat, please avoid it, it has only 3mm thick base, and high heat will burn your food. This product is good for Curry type Dishes which have a lot of water in it.
Frying, specially dry type & in high heat (like chinese) is NOT for this kadhai.
