This is the best kadai in India. There is no other product like this in India. I searched everywhere across all brands, this is the best one I found, there is one in Vinod similar to this, but it doesn’t have lid, this comes with lid, thus is best to for using by holding the handle, that’s why I bought this, you can cook almost everything in this, deep fry, saute, I have cooked, Noodles, pasta, chicken fry, curry, egg, made a sweet, it does not stick to the vessel as it is tryply and thick, just go for it, and if you are looking for larger size than this, then you will not get the handle, then I would suggest you to go with bergner kadai, for smaller and medium size you can buy from Stahl as it comes with handle and lid. I have summed up all my research and experience with this, so that you don’t have to struggle with choice.
Tip – Always have three kadais, two would be sufficient fro smaller families
