I ordered two numbers of the coffee warmer. One handle was broken when received and the other one broke in two days.
Very disappointed with the product.
Also, extremely disappointed on how Amazon handled this complaint.

I found it helpful to warm water in the stainless steel coffee tumbler and to take warm water from bigger vessel. It’s a useful tumbler.
