I love this. It came with so many things like wooden chopsticks, spoon, fork, silicone spatula and a little brush and a little plate. The glass lid is so cute. It’s the perfect size. The quality is good you can tell just by looking at it, it’s sturdy and not cheap looking.
I got this because I wanted to learn to make Japanese rolled omelettes and this has made it so easy!
It’s easy to clean and store.
This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while, can’t wait to see what else I can make in it.

Great pan….great value, light weight but still heft and sturdiness to it set and accessories well worth the price. Would highly recommend for self or gift. Slightly smaller than seems, but perfect for single omelette making, compact size, not used for heavy frying yet, but for purposes, excellent, easy clean, easy cook, delight to use., Lid is great and all extras nice package. Highly recommend so happy w This Japanese omelette pan first time purchhse is a delight!!! 5 stars for this sellae (and Amazon actually delivered on time, as ordered and as it was supposed to)

Watched too many Japanese food videos, saw them making rolled omelets, thought “Hey, that looks neat!” and needed a pan. This does the job very well.
The pan is amazingly non-stick, and the spatula that comes with the set is the perfect size. Hint: add just a splash of water to your eggs before mixing them, it seems to make them easier to roll.

Si fuese un poco más grande estaría mejor

So in my box I recieved everything that was pictured, it was packaged nicely and in good condition. My first test was to simply fry a couple of eggs. I don’t like browning my eggs, I like them cooked on both sides, but a little runny. I ‘buttered’ my pan, let it set on the heat on a medium to medium-ish. Eggs in, no problem, flipped, and the heat was good but turned it down to medium, left it for about 30 seconds with the lid on, turned off the heat and set on a cool burner, leaving it another minute with lid on, to arrange some warmed rice. Wow, they cooked so perfectly, the lid made such a difference and watch your heat. I am very happy with this pan, and I will use it for more than just eggs, small piece of fish, some vegetables, terrific. I had no problems cleaning. The pan itself is not super thick like an all clad, that’s fine, heavy pans are not always needed to cook something well. For cooking omelettes, you do a bit of lifting off the heat with this pan so it doesn’t just stay stationary on the burner the whole time. You lift it lowering the temperature of the pan off and on. You don’t need to cook super hot either, watch a video on how often they are lifting this pan off the heat and you’ll see there is a technique to it. It depends on what type of heat your using. I use electric and cook with a variety of pans, stainless, all clad, cast iron, non sticks, they all are different cooking methods. This is a good pan, non stick shouldn’t be cooked ever on high heats, it ruins them and gives off gases. The price is good too, I will be using this pretty much daily so I’ll come back to give an update later.
