I used to have a “flip pan” and it was the only way I could make fried eggs without breaking the yolk! I “lost” it during our last move and have been looking to replace it. Replacements were so expensive, I kept putting it off. I finally gave in and am so happy I did! Not only can I cook eggs without breaking them but I also love to fry tilapia coated with parmesan cheese which forms a golden crust on the fish. Whenever I turned it, however, half the coating remained in the frying pan. No longer. I just flip the pan and the fish is beautiful
as well as so tasty! This high quality, diversified pan is well worth the $$ I paid for it.

I use it almost on a daily basis. Top notch quality. The only gripe is it is hard to clean if they are attached together. I removed the small metal lock holding the to sides together. Then the top side slides off, making it easier for cleaning. I just left the metal lock off as I can still seal the two halves together when cooking. But makes it a lot faster when I clean it.
