I love this pan. It’s easy to use, cleans up well as long as you add water to soak it for a while afterward the crusty rice cleans comes off with little scrubbing. The pan heats up evenly as long as the burner you’re using is close to the pan size, We have a bigger one too that we use on the grill to cook evenly and it works out great.
