This pan is truly fantastic and on par quality wise with hexclad cookware. The non stick surface doesn’t flake off at all and it works better than any other that I’ve used. Heats up evenly across the entire surface. Glass lid so I can see my food as it’s cooking. Easy to clean when I’m done. The only pan I need!

I just finished using this for tonight’s dinner….Shrimp Paella with rice! It turned out DELICOUS, in part due to this lovely pan. Thick and even heating throughout the dish, everything was cooked to perfection, without any sticking or burning. Definitely a lovely pan, and it’s great as a display dish as well!
