The glass lid cracked and blasted when i covered my cooking stuffs, probably i just kept it for 1 mins covered and it blasted. May be after long time i tried cooking something which i had to cover it and let it boil for 5 mins atleast. However it spoiled my curry ingredients with cracked glasses’s all over as u could see in the image attached. Kindly let me know the warranty related stuff and process. I need a better glass lid atleast.
However after follow ups, on 13th August, The brand sent me a full refund gift card instead of replacement. Thanks for the cooperation, but would request u to improve the quality of the products.

Cheap cookware. Durability of teflon coating is scam. It came right off 3-4 months of usage. Induction is fine works as it supposed to. But i would suggest instead to buy a Steel base pan for cooking. Teflon is injurious to health.
