The Argent Elements series feels more solid and well built because of the triply construction. Moreover, the 1.5 litre stands out because it’s the only cooker to get a side handle (which no other brand offers for this capacity). On the Pura Belly range, there are a couple of things to notice: 1) although the company says the safety valve is lead-free, it’s made of aluminum , not stainless steel 2) the construction on the carton says 18/8 stainless steel but the description on the Amazon product page states 18/10 everywhere which is misleading 3) the product can be considered for its excellent looks and is one of the best handi/belly shapes you can buy but the handles are terrible as can be seen from the images. Overall, it falls short of the premium image being portrayed by the brand and you should stay away from this particular variant if quality is what you are seeking.

Received our pressure cooker a few days back and used ut only once. Ill update review later, in case we need to make any changes. It looks and feels like a very nice vessel. It is heavy weight, that we really like. Unlike Prestige or other simikar oressure cookers, this one’s handle has two screws, instead of one, so the handle is unlikely to come off. Also, it has a wider opening, making it much more useful fir Indian cooking, as well as much easier to clean from the inside. Its mattle alao appears to be of superior quality. Hopefully it will help us prepare delicious meals for our famiky andnfriends, for a long time to come.

I got this as a gift from my friend,it doesn’t burn if you cook foods such as rice,dal,curries.But try not to cook pulav,bagara rice bcoz these foods take extra time to cook so obviously bottom will get burnt but with curries you won’t face this problem bcoz water is added in our curries and some moisture ooze/releases from veggies/meat while cooking.I made Mutton curry and Chicken Curry in this and Boiled dal,veggies,meat in this cooker,if cooking White Rice turn off the heat after 3 whistles,bcoz it doesn’t take much time for rice.If you wanna opt ss try this bcoz you’ll not regret after buying this.
